• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within the stated production times.

• Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Because products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged items. Please see our Return and Refund Policy.
