At Borda Logo, each product is made especially for you and fully personalized. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been approved and confirmed.

To make sure everything is perfect, we always send you a proof for approval before starting production. This way, you can review all the details and feel confident about your purchase.

If, however, your order arrives damaged or if there is any issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellobordalogo@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the problem, and our team will be happy to work with you on a fair solution.
